HintRead provides a SaaS platform for language learning through voluntary reading ("Service"). Features include document management, AI-powered definitions, and translation assistance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com or Lemon Squeezy. Payment processing and billing are handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not upload any content that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

4. AI Disclaimer

HintRead uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide definitions and translations. AI outputs (including definitions, grammar explanations, and translations) may occasionally be inaccurate or misleading. HintRead does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload (`User Content`). HintRead does not claim ownership of your User Content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
